Unless specifically noted on the product page (such as “ships directly from manufacturer”), your order will be shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday) as long as it is received before 1:00 PM EST. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information and/or additional processing is required, there may be a delay in shipping your order.
Products delivered within 10-20 working days after dispatch. It may take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the mainland).
For some European countries may take up to 30 days to receive your item. Please contact us if it has been more than 45 days and you have not received your item.
Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 3-5 days.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when you order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam!)
In most cases, tracking will be available. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances of holiday periods. We will keep you well-informed should this be the case.

Orders shipped outside of the United States can be shipped via International Priority Mail (estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days) or International Express Mail (estimated delivery time of 3-9 business days).
