This Privacy Policy explains how MilitaryTrained.com handles information when you browse the site, join the email list, create an account, place an order or contact support.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect contact details, billing details, order and download records, account information, support messages, email consent and subscription status, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and security logs. Do not submit sensitive emergency-plan data through public site forms.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, process orders and payments, provide protected downloads, send transactional messages, manage double opt-in and unsubscribe requests, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain records and understand site performance.
Service providers
Our store system supports order processing and customer downloads. The payment provider shown at checkout processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Mailgun delivers site and subscriber email. Analytics and hosting providers may process limited technical data needed for their services. We do not send subscriber email addresses to GA4.
Preparedness updates use double opt-in. New signups remain pending until the confirmation link is used. Every lifecycle email provides a first-party unsubscribe path. Delivery failures, complaints and unsubscribes update the local subscription status.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use necessary cookies for security, account, cart and checkout functions. Analytics or advertising technologies are used only according to the site’s current consent controls and provider settings.
Retention and security
