These Terms govern use of MilitaryTrained.com and purchases made through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a product.

Digital products

Military Trained Field Manuals and Readiness Loadouts are digital products. Nothing is shipped. Product pages identify the included file formats, current price, download limit and access period before purchase.

License

A standard purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license for one household. FM-12 grants the same type of license for one small business. You may edit and print the files for that licensed household or business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, sublicense or share the files outside the licensed household or business. Contact support for organization, trainer or team licensing.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or unauthorized use. Download access is attached to the completed order.

Planning information

Site content and products are general educational planning aids. They are not medical, legal, financial, insurance, engineering, cybersecurity, fire-safety or emergency-response advice. Guidance, hazards and local procedures change. Follow current instructions from authorities, product manufacturers and qualified professionals.

Site use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected customer files or use site content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.

Third-party links

The site may link to government sources, retailers and other third parties. Those services have their own terms and practices. A link does not make Military Trained responsible for a third party. Purchases completed at an external retailer are governed by that retailer.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and customer files available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Military Trained is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a planning aid. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
