The Excellent Elite Spanker Tactical Medical Backpack is a 29-litre framed rucksack built from 500D Cordura Nylon with YKK zippers throughout. The structured frame helps the bag hold its shape on your back, while the water-resistant nylon shell and reinforced stitching are designed for demanding outdoor use. It measures 21″ H × 12″ D × 7″ W and weighs approximately 1.46 kg. Inside, the main compartment is divided into nine sections including four grid compartments, elastic band slots, nylon webbing holders, and three removable YKK-zipper nylon pouches with individual handles — keeping medical supplies, EDC gear, or field equipment separated and accessible. The front exterior is split into two distinct sections for additional organisation across seven total pockets. Carrying comfort is supported by padded shoulder straps, a mesh-padded back panel, a sternum strap, and a waist strap to minimise bounce during active movement. Heavy-duty MOLLE webbing on the front and side panels allows attachment of optional pouches and modular accessories for expanded carry capacity. This backpack is suited to a range of activities including hunting, hiking, camping, climbing, cycling, and general military or adventure use.
