X Tactical Medical Backpack – Modular EMS & EMT Pack with MOLLE

The MERET OMNI PRO X is a professional-grade tactical medical backpack engineered for EMS, EMT, paramedic, and first responder use. It features a patented modular system using interchangeable TS2-Ready modules that can be labelled, swapped, and stowed to match any team’s deployment requirements. A laser-cut front MOLLE panel accepts additional pouches and accessories, while the main compartment’s slider divider system allows efficient organisation of both large and small items. DEEP STUFF Pockets and STICKIT STRIPS provide secure internal storage, and a large front pocket accommodates longer items such as intubation aids. OneView technology allows the bag to open completely in one direction, giving fast access to all compartments without repositioning the bag. A hideaway mountaineering-style backpack harness with padded lumbar support stows in a rear zippered pocket when not in use. The bag can also be carried as a shoulder bag, briefcase-style, or grabbed from any position via lightweight comfort-grip side handles. Grommet holes on all compartments allow air-drying while the bag remains fully closed. The interior and exterior are fluid-resistant to help reduce cross-contamination in ambulance, rescue, and tactical environments. All ground-contact surfaces are reinforced for durability. The bag is made in the USA from polyester and features 6 compartments, heavy-duty zippers, and reinforced stitching. An optional M4L Ballistic Armored Protection panel is compatible with this system.
